The "Exclusive" Apartment includes 4 spaces: firstly there is an entrance area consisting of a very spacious living room with a balcony facing the promenade Pietre Nere, from where it is possible to contemplate our Blue Flag sea of Pozzallo.
Attached to the living room there is a very well equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven. The second space consists of a large bedroom with a balcony which faces the same side as the living room. The third space is a smaller bedroom but equipped with all the comforts that will make your stay pleasant and sweet. The fourth space is a large bathroom with a bathtub-shower. In the exclusive area there are many services, such as the possibility to use the washing machine, having up to 6 beds, and use of a television.
The prime feature of the apartment is its central position in Pozzallo; itīs located less than 100 metres from the sea. On the ground floor of the building there is a large discount centre and in the immediate surroundings there are bars, with hot and cold food, as well as restaurants, where fish is the speciality.
In the evenings, for party lovers, the proximity to Piazza dell Rimembranze offers the possibility to choose between pubs, lounge bars and many little bars, perfect to have a beer with friends. The apartment is warm and welcoming, with air conditioning for the summer and heat-pumps for the winter. |
